We build the boring, important plumbing of modern medicine.
Medivault started inside a hospital incident response group. Today we run the data layer for clinics, telehealth networks, and AI diagnostic startups across four continents.
Medivault started inside a hospital incident-response group. The team had spent twelve months reconciling a single EHR migration and decided the tooling itself was the problem.
Today we run the data layer for clinics, telehealth networks, and AI diagnostic startups across four continents. Every record sits behind envelope encryption. Every access leaves a signed trail. Every model runs inside the vault, not against it.
We don't sell hype. We sell the unglamorous infrastructure that lets clinical teams focus on patients instead of integration tickets.

What guides us
Three principles, applied without exception.
Encryption is non-negotiable.
Every record is wrapped in a key only the customer's KMS can unwrap. No exceptions, no debug bypasses, no shared secrets.
Every read is logged.
Access to a patient record produces a signed, tamper-evident audit entry. If it's not in the log, it didn't happen.
Plumbing is invisible.
Clinicians shouldn't notice we exist. When the data layer works, the work disappears into the background.
